"Door-to-door" delivery from our British Columbia terminal usually requires six weeks and is surprisingly low cost. And our materials lists include labeling that identifies all the materials in your shipment.
Delivery-Shipping Costs: "Door-to-door" delivery costs are surprisingly low and based on (a) your location, and (b) the size of your Cabin Kit package. Below are the savings you would enjoy with low-cost delivery and mill-direct pricing.

Example:
Savings on typical 1,200sf
Cabin Kit package = $17,000  approx.
Delivery cost on typical 1,200sf Cabin Kit = $ 3,500 approx.
Net savings to you = $13.500 approx.


Packing

Clear weather-wrapping of individual lifts and pallets provides for easy labeling and identification of contents. Windows, doors and roofing are fully crated for added protection. Entire shipment is then covered and protected during transport.


Labeling Contents

Individual lifts, crates and pallets are labeled to conform with detailed, itemized shipping documents. Labeling will be useful in double-checking materials received and for locating materials when needed during construction process.


Shipping Schedule

Pre-arranged delivery date assures timely customer service and allows for scheduling of required off-loading equipment at destination.


Notification:

Direct contact during transport keeps customers informed with up-to-the-minute scheduling and delivery information.

Off-loading Equipment: Suggest minimum forklift with 4,000 lbs. capacity for transport on relatively smooth and flat surfaces. "SkyTrak" or other type of 4WD reach-boom equipment is recommended for transport over uneven or off-road surfaces where he building-staging site may be some distance for the off-loading location.
