*Call the local building department that will issue your building permits and obtain the following important information:

(a) Roof snow load (lbs. per sq. ft.)
(b) Wind load (mph), and
(c) Seismic zone (earthquake zone)
(d) Issue of code book being used (UBC, IBC, IRC)

*Send us a link or an 8-1/2" x 11" copy or sketch... or both... of the plan you have in mind. The information from your building department is also required.

*If you send an attachment, please use .jpg, or .gif or .bmp image format.

*Be sure you include your name, return telephone number and email address on whatever you send. The information from your local building department is important, too. If there are questions, we can help... and get back to you quickly.

*The information you provide will help us provide you with the following:

(a) The estimated cost of design work to make the design changes you want, and
(b) The estimated cost of your complete Cabin Kit materials package.
